Extremely friendly management and maintenance staff. The amenities are amazing and apartments style is very nice and reasonable for the price. The main draw backs for us are that the kitchens have rather small appliances (at least in the 1 bed + den) and the street noise can be a bit much with open windows facing Ashby Ave.
Unfortunately, experienced a break-in to the bike room but security has since been improved which I'm pleased about.

I have been living here for about 7 months and I have greatly enjoyed my experience so far. Management is great, very helpful with everything. I love the apartment itself and the community as well, I would recommend it to anyone!
