I like the community. It is super convenient with all the stores , coffee and restaurants. The courtyard is nice and quite with all the plants and flowers. The swimming pool is nice and clean.

I do not believe that Federal Realty is focused on properly maintaining Santana Row or the satisfaction of the tenants in these apartments. I know of a few tenants who have moved because of their dissatisfaction with the property.

Unfortunately, the quality has been degraded dramatically in last 2 years. Maintenance is very slow for public areas.
When an appliance is broken, its fix takes several months.

All round it was okay, not great. Was quite hard to get the actual layout of the apartment we wanted as we still have not seen it even via video, so we may not get what we are expending.
