Property management has severely declined over the past year.
This is reflected in hot water going in and out for days at a time, the parking garage being inoperable bi-weekly, and pet/human waste being left in elevators, stairways, and interior building hallways.
Additionally, management was unable to secure a contract to have exterior windows washed this year, so residents have had to do it themselves.
This luxury property is overpriced for what they offer.

Hot water goes out all the time because management company is too cheap to replace a boiler. The stacked parking breaks down as well, along with the elevators. Unacceptable in a relatively new building. The old manager was nice but she quit and things have continued to go downhill. Avoid this place at all costs.

For the quality of the apartments the rent is too high. And after a year, they just increased our rent by 10%. A number of people have left due to excessive rent increases and the empty units are noticeable. In addition, the car lift and/or elevator is broken at least monthly. The neighborhood is very noisy. Between the train and the construction, which also clogs our tiny street with massive trucks, it is incredibly noisy all the time. The units are rundown. I've only lived here for about a month, but this complex and the amenities are AMAZING. Not only do I love my unit, but I just love walking through the entire building. I'm about to begin my PhD program this fall, so I'm hoping to live here for the next 5-6 years! So far, I have no plans of moving! Plus, it is so fun to be so close to the Fourth Street shops. Oh! And the front office employees and maintenance staff are INCREDIBLE. So kind, SUPER helpful.
