Avoid at all costs

Management is terrible. Apparently this place used to be really nice. Don't expect anything to get fixed. Our toilet was clogged for two weeks. Our refrigerator broke, and they tried to charge us for it. The spa is nice, but expect it to break down twice a month, and management will find an excuse for why they can't fix it quicker.

The Marisol apartments are very beautiful and overall I've been enjoying my time living here. We live close to the pool area and my only complaint is that they often have music playing in that area and the office will forget to turn it off.

Place is beautiful, the common areas need to be open later though. Staff is super responsive and really go out of the way to help. The maintenance staff is pretty great every time I needed something they were on it
