Lipstick on a pig
Stonewood Gardens was a dump in 1979 when it was built, it's still a dump as Pointe Luxe. They modernized this complex a few years ago and changed the name to sound more luxurious but it was just lipstick on a pig. The "updated" units still have the same cheap pressboard cabinets from 1979, and they got rid of 3 of the cabinets on the wall so now you have even less space than the original kitchen.
They started painting in the 3 story buildings. The people that run this complex are clowns,... because they replaced the light fixtures AFTER painting was completed leaving a mark on the ceiling where the old light fixture was. Not only that, but the floors were covered in dead termites after they removed the light fixtures. Painting is still not done on the third floor and has been ongoing for over a month.
Parking is awful. They have a handshake agreement with Western Towing to tow any cars, even those with parking passes. No guest parking, and you can only use the visitor parking in the front if you get a pass from the office during the hours they're open. Which means if you have guests at night, they can't park there. So forget about your friends coming over.
No package locker so packages get left in the halls by your door, where they eventually get stolen. The back parking gate has been broken for a few weeks now, and is always breaking. Homeless walk through the complex, stealing everything not bolted down and going through the trash cans.
In short, you could do alot better than this complex.
