Not luxury
I’ve been here since August. Many problems some still not addressed. The appliances are old. I had to have my refrigerator place replaced already. My dryer was snagging my clothes it’s been replaced. I’ve had an ongoing issue with mold in my toilet still not addressed. The keep making excuses and say nothing can be done, but this is not normal. There should not be mold in this toilet. It was been here since I moved in. I’m cleaning the toilet like twice a week to remove it. They maintenance come... to say I don’t see any more of course you don’t see mode because I’m cleaning my toilet. I’m not gonna let mold sit in my toilet. Also had an issue with not having hot water when I first moved in. They made 1 million excuses I kept having to come back. They finally fixed it on like the fifth visit during the efforts to fix it, though they chipped off the paint of my shower wall and also knocked down the rubber piece around the bathtub. Didn’t address it or fix it just left my bathroom a mess. I also had an issue with heat. I didn’t have heat for months. They kept Telling me the heat is working fine and to turn on my ceiling fans and run them backward who has to do that to get heat. It’s a small apartment. They’re telling me that my ceilings are too high again small apartment. I’ve lived in a three bedroom large home and never had a problem with heating after four months or so , They finally replaced the thermostat.
These apartments could be nice if they would actually take the time to put money into maintenance and repairs. Even the floors are cheaply made the rubber divider on one of my doorways is already warped It’s just aesthetic of luxury
