I am loving it here at the Asher. My apartment is cozy and quiet. The air quality and the water are great. I love the big tub and my warm showers. The amenities give it a feeling of greatness, space, opportunity and freedom. This place gives you comfort and peace.

Avoid This Place – Zero Security & Awful Management

If you value your safety and belongings, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This apartment complex has zero security, and package theft is a daily occurrence. Management is fully aware of the issue but does absolutely nothing to address it. Instead of helping, they make you feel like you’re the problem for even reporting it.

Guest parking is another nightmare—poorly designed and completely impractical. On top of that, theft and break-ins are rampant, and there is no real effort to improve... security. The lack of care from the office team is shocking. Stay away unless you want constant headaches and stolen deliveries.
