I miss living here. It was the best! Having the elevator really came in handy, asmy hubby uses a walker. Clean pool and AMAZING hot tub! We will be back!

Expensive for a small apartment, walls are thin you can hear everything. Oh and when you move out they will charge a $105 cleaning fee along with a $65 carpet cleaning fee(I asked if I cleaned it spotless would I still be charged, and they told me yes because it wouldn’t be up to their standards) unless you hire a professional carpet cleaner and then show them the receipt and you’ll get hit with 2 months of utilities the only good thing is the maintenance guy is friendly and helpful

Things here started great. It was clean, well kept and made the residents happy.
Lately things are not the same. The outside is dirty. Things are broken frequently. Water/sewer issues happen monthly and the laundry facility is currently closed because the debit card machine broke. They used to allow guest parking (~18 spots) for residents to park their 2nd cars. Now they got rid of guest parking and only allow 1 spot per apartment. Guests have no where to park and residents are forced... to park outside the complex. If it were being run properly, this would be a great place to live. Unfortunately that is not the case.

The apartment itself is very roomy. It is pet friendly and has three laundry rooms. The ones on the second and third floor are open 24/7 which is convenient for those who need to wash late at night. There is a nice little gym next to the pool and a nice gas powered grill. There are also restrooms in that same area. It is a quiet environment. My only concerns are that it didn't come with a fridge and that the stove/oven is electric. Other than that, it is a lovely place for any one in my opinion... .
