I have been a resident at Veranda La Mesa for 4 years and plan to live here for many more years. I love the fact that the community is dog friendly and there are two dedicated parks for dogs. The landscaping crew is outstanding. My apartment is located in front of a big grassy lawn which makes taking the dog out in the middle of the night very easy. The community is quiet and neighbors friendly. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The management has greatly improved since... the Waterton Corp. purchased the property. I have enjoyed living at Veranda La Mesa and look forward to continuing to call this my home.

Been at Veranda La Mesa since July 2021, overall very satisfied with the community and management team. The most positive benefit of living here is the location, close to shopping and restaurants, Lake Murray, Aztec Park, Cowles Mt. and Mission Trails, easy access to major hwys and only about 20 mins. to downtown and airport.

Veranda is a lovely home to me. It is beautiful with natural landscaping and very safe with plenty of lights everywhere.
The pool and hot tub are immaculate and inviting throughout the year with a lovely clubhouse easily accessible!
Management staff is always available and very efficient, easily accessible, and very accommodating!
Residents are friendly and it is a refreshing resort style environment and a joy for me to live at Veranda….for all the above I strongly recommend Veranda Apartments... to everyone!!
