I love this place very quiet, very peaceful neighborhood. I love the area because is green. And mountains all around feel like private area.

River Oaks is one of the best experiences I’ve had in apartment living. The staff is always friendly, the apartments are well maintained, and there is very little noise. I have enjoyed my time at River Oaks thus far and love the in unit laundry and detached garages that are included.

We have lived here two different times and have enjoyed both. Having lived in Kenya for some years, we especially, like our current abode with patio overlooking "coyote canyon". The staff are very personable and easy to engage. We would recommend this unique place (River Oaks) to anyone.
