Flooring amplifies footsteps from above
If you have a loud walking upstairs neighbor you will absolutely hear it amplified through your apartment. It feels like I'm living in a bass drum. You can tell how loud it'll be from the hallways. Parking garage gate sucks. It is always broken and public parking people get stuck trying to pay. Everything else is good

It has been a few days since moved in. We are still settling in. So far, it’s been amazing! We especially love having a storage space for rental available, which has helped us a lot with the move in.
