We (and my fur family) have been at Arrive Rolling Oaks for over 2 months now and the staff is as friendly as the day I met them. They are sincere and truly care about each resident as if they were their own family. Repairs are done timely, animals are respected, office information and communication personable. We look forward to having a lasting livelihood for yours to come...

Community is for the most part friendly and safe but my package was stolen. There’s no charging for EVs. I wouldn’t trust to deliver anything to this apartment complex.

I've lived here for a little over three years now, and I really Love it. :) It's a beautiful area and is a continuation of much of the Mediterranean architecture in Westlake Village which is gorgeous. The property is maintained well, and the people are very nice.
