I like the apartment but there are a few things that would make living there better. The first would be central heating and air. Each room should have a working cable connection. In my unit, the one in the master bedroom doesn’t work and when we moved it, they wouldn’t allow the cable company to properly fix it. We have to use the cable connection by the front door and cable splitters in order to have cable/internet in each room.

Great place to live with beautiful landscaping and amenities like the gym and pool are amazing. At a reasonable distance from the mall, restaurants and stores.

Since Arrive has taken over the property it has improved greatly. Especially with the office staff! Thank You for keeping the place clean. Now if rent would actually go down for once!

Peaceful and quiet community with not a lot of noise and disturbance. The staff is helpful and welcoming as well. Facilities are adequate and enough.
