Brandon & Bria Exceptional Service Brandon and Bria were both so kind and graceful. I came In for a tour and they welcomed me with open arms. Bathroom Sink issue I’ve never had an issue with my bathroom sink but it was clogged one day and the maintenance team was able to quickly fix the issue within a few hours.

Historic Views with Classy Updates on Main Street

Soon to be right above a new health food store; these completely remodeled studios are beautiful. Right in the heart of downtown. Offering a rooftop and security. The new management (Mike and Delise) have given this historical building a welcoming vibe to come home to.

A gem in dtla!

Personally love the roof top and the creative atmosphere around the condo.

Moved into 11th floor, 3600 sqft live and work loft space. As it is an older building there is a lot of work to do. But the building has so much character because of it's history. They have new appliances and it makes it a great loft with the old and new combo!

Reasonable price for a huge loft.

Chaz was a great help making this all happen. He really took his time and dedicated to close this deal for me. Always kind... and courteous.

I just moved in and loving my unit!
