220 San Vicente has the most beautiful views. Parking is easy and staff and tenants are nice. You can’t beat the location

We love the building. Love the crew that runs our building. I feel the owners could invest in new carpet on the 5th floor and the penthouse floor. For a building this expensive it is a disgrace with a little work it could be a A building instead of a B buildimg

We have cleaned it on several occasions and are now looking into an alternative solution. The Penthouse Carpet is actually new... carpet :) but we will definitely take into consideration what you are stating. Thank you for being the best part of San Vicente Towers
