If you have a service/maintenance request it is resolved in a timely manner. Great to know all the leasing/security staff. Very comfortable place.

Lovely place within walking distance of downtown!

My parents have been living here for a year and I recently moved in with them to a bigger unit. This is a fantastic/affordable place within walking distance of the financial district. It has 24/7 security guard, with key activated elevators so if you see anyone come and go they must be living there.

Moreover this apt complex has a fantastic management team, and a great maintenance crew. Anything that is broken is usually fixed within the next day. Furthermore Sandy has been the most helpful...
person in the management team, accommodating all of our needs in any way possible.

Visconti FTW

This apartment complex is very elegant with a kind staff and a good mix of people. Located just a few blocks from the heart of the financial district, this apartment complex is great for people working downtown and want to live right by the action, but be able to sleep at night if you decide to stay in (it's pretty quiet & peaceful in most of the complex).
