DONT LIVE HERE

Do yourself the favor and do not move in here. In summary here has been my experience the last 3 years living here- there’s been people breaking into the building and into peoples car, mine being one of them. When I told the property manager he said “that’s not our problem”. They will raise your rent over 18% every year you want to resign. They take forever to fix things that are broken. The elevator is always broken. Package and delivery system is a nightmare and an absolute mess. Neighborhood... is not safe, there’s been shootings at a bar around the block… Property management team is super rude. They do fire alarm testing like every month for hours at a time… the list goes on and on. There’s plenty of other buildings that are nicer and more affordable. Don’t live here.

Absolutely terrible experience!

The apartment was in dire disrepair upon move-in, and the management was unresponsive to any concerns. From incessant leaks to persistent noise issues, it was a nightmare from day one. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Overpriced crowded and smelly

Half my outlets weren't working when I moved in. Showers falling apart and the bathroom floor tiles cut my feet due to improper installation. The dog runs are never cleaned out and they reek and make the hallway and stairwell reek. It's just not worth the money.

Lived here for 2 years

We have enjoyed living here, great amenities, staff are attentive and nice, and nice little community. Recommend if you like walkability, beach access, and amenities.

Great Apartments, Terrible Service

Great apartments; service during the pandemic incredibly bad. Garbage piles up in the garbage rooms on my floor. Doorbell has been broken for months and sticks, going of incessantly. Request put in to fix 2-3 months ago. Window/door to balcony does not open and has to be forced open from the outside. Request put in to fix 2-3 months ago. 36 hours into a mysterious smoke alarm going off in my apartment every 90 seconds. Put in as an emergency on the portal, called twice, emailed, finally got a... call back - nice and rude from that guy. They have not invested in support and service for the building. At these prices, one expects more.
