Quality is poor from doors not closing and sealing tight to ill fit appliances allowing scraping into cabinets and/or walls. The landscape upkeep is horrible. Standing water for mosquito population abounds. Noise level from surrounding neighbors is the worst. Thumping above you and management does nothing. Definitely keep looking elsewhere. Office crew is getting better.

So the outside looks great - the hallway carpets are filthy, sewer odors come up through the drains (and yes it was reported and nothing was done about it). Yes, I had to pay an extra month's lease to break it, but to pay additional fees to move out - this is a first.
