Asking for me to comment on the experience when the work is not completed is premature in my opinion. I would rather give a great comment after living here for 16 years. I love it here. But let’s resolve the issue

The continuous raising of rents and drastic increase in fees make it extremely difficult to live here on a fixed income. Being charged $100 to replace my lost pass into the workout room seems very excessive.

The leasing staff and the general staff on site were and have been very professional and helpful.

Very pleasant environment, very good units, and significant physical activity options with gyms, pools, sauna, etc.

There is mold in the bathroom, the carpet has not been cleaned for more than a year and a half, there was a flood from above, leaving the ceiling yellow. There are minor damages that need to be fixed, and the drain in the bathroom is constantly clogged. Electricity bills have sharply increased, which makes me think about not renewing the lease and looking for a new place to live.

In the common area, there are restrictions on coffee, and the jacuzzi is either not working or constantly in a dirty... state. In the community club, there is noise from children, and no one ensures a comfortable environment in this space. Read More
