The Mission Grove Park Apartments will not return your security deposit once you bid farewell. I wish I had read the reviews by others who pointed this out because I found myself in the same position. I left my apartment cleaner than the condition in which I received it. I had no pets, children, never hung anything on the walls. I was a model tenant. But sure enough, it’s their “standard policy” to keep your security deposit. Great community and great staff. Property is well maintained and the staff is very responsive to requests.

Although I've only lived here a short time I can say that the management office staff are friendly and attentive.
The maintenance staff are fast to respond to our needs and get things taken care of immediately.
