Beware
Seemed great in the beginning. Management and main is incompetent and does not care about tenants. High turn over rate in apartment office.

First I want to say, The property is beautiful and the staff is attentive/nice but for the past 2 years the bugs have gotten out of control!
I am been a resident for going on 4 years but I am moving! They have “sewer bug” aka ROACH problem and they are not fixing it! I have reached out to management multiple times with no resolution! They have sprayed on multiple occasions but it has not helped. My final straw was when I complained to management (AGAIN) and was told by the property manager... lucero that other than spraying and taking the advice of pest control professionals that’s all they could do!
No one should have to live with bugs, especially when they are paying A LOT for rent! It’s unacceptable and I am very upset. I love my apartment but I refuse to live with bugs!!

Water constantly gets shut off or there is no hot water without notice. If you're trying to sleep and your upstairs neighbor takes a shower good luck, the pipes are super noisy. And they let people live in a van on the parking lot with no bathroom.

When I completed my application online I asked for a six month lease (minor, but this should have been my first red flag their system "was down", so I had to pay the application fee even with the promotion of no application fee). I was already on the market to buy a home, so I knew that six months would give enough time to get a bid accepted and close escrow. So, I went in to sign my six month lease and I noticed that the lease had been written for 12 months. I asked that it be fixed. I was... also going to have to return because the person assisting me did not know how to prorate. So I went in during a weekday when the manager, Stephanie was there. I got my keys and did not think to look at the lease term for a third time. Definitely my mistake. I was without water for two weeks as they couldn't fix it, therefore I couldn't technically move in right away. By the way water gets turned off all the time for hours at a time with out or with short notice. Five months later I went to give my 30 day notice as I knew or actually was under the impression that my lease was about to come up. It was then when I was told that I would have to pay 2,500 to "break" my lease. I asked for the copy of my lease since I had not received a copy when I signed it and noticed that the term lease was never corrected to reflect my request. Knowing that it had been an oversight on my part as well I went In to speak to the manager. She basically told me that I was lying but in somewhat nicer words. She said that she runs and apartment complex of 200 and something units and that people make up stories all the time to get out of their lease this makes me think I'm not the only one that has had this situation. I decided to go in a second time and show her my closing documents from the house that I had just closed escrow on with the intention that she could see I was not making stories up. However, that was useless she immediately interrupted me and told me she didn't have time. Since I was not going to get anywhere with her I opted to call the corporate office of Trinity properties. I called repeatedly and left several messages for over a period of a month to no avail. Ultimately I could have just gotten an eviction since I had already been approved for a loan on a home, but of course that would only have consequences for me on the long run, so I had no option, but to pay 2,500. I really hope that this helps others think twice about wasting your money on this property.
