Only luxury is everything being broken
Absolutely nothing works around here, lights, gates, call box, office staff. Residents can't even get the gates to open to get home, office staff is 100% aware, I have called many times and spoke to everyone there, and nothing is being done, they all claim they weren't aware. The pool right outside the office windows is a disaster, broken chairs and chipped tiles all summer long, found a needle on the pool deck and the leasing agent just said she's off. Lights in the common areas are down,... literally on the ground for months before they are fixed and then another month before the light fixture is replaced, and a few more weeks before the bulbs fixed. None of this is due to maintenance, they aren't aware of the issues because the leasing office staff don't know how to communicate. Took 2 months for my dishwasher to be replaced because the leasing office staff wasn't communicating with maintenance. Never spray the walkways for bugs like they claim to do. When you go to the property management company, the leasing office manager gaslight you in an email while CCing her boss at rhe property management company.
