Martin now brings his community skills and business experience to the Downtown San Diego real estate market. <br><br>Martin’s career in Real Estate stemmed from his initial experience as an on-site manager, where he found it personally rewarding to assist people with securing a temporary home, and this fulfillment led to his desire to help people achieve their dream of home ownership. <br><br>The combination of Martin’s SDSU education and many years of sales, business, and Real Estate experience has provided him with the skillset to exceed his clients’ expectations and succeed in ultimate client satisfaction. While employed in property management, his activities were client-oriented. While caring for the owner’s properties, he allowed the student tenants to grow and mature in their newfound freedom. <br> While working in property management, Martin shared the first excitement of finding renters a place to call home. These feelings led to a career in Real Estate as a licensed REALTOR®.
