Stanza community is new, well-kept, great amenities, and in a prime location. Daniel in the leasing office made it a breeze to tour and apply for the apartment I wanted. Everyone in the apartment community has been friendly and the quality of the apartment is phenomenal.

Stanza Little Italy is a great community to be part of. We love having guests over to host in our apartment as well as inviting them to the stunning amenities. There's no better view than the one from our rooftop pool and gym. The leasing staff and maintenance team are incredible, this place wouldn't be the same without them. Thanks for giving us a safe, beautiful place to live in downtown!

Stanza Little Italy is a gorgeous building with an amazing rooftop view overlooking the amazing city of San Diego. Stanza Little Italy is extremely convenient by having access to dog relief areas and grills throughout the building. The apartments themselves have such a positive aura with spacious windows and efficient appliances.
