Management should be more responsive and available to assist with building issues. Usually very slow to respond or no response at all. Building residents and guests should be monitored a little more closely.

I only received one set of keys ands one garage card. There’s some damage to the stove and some tear on the shower handle.

The move was not a fast process. However, I am very impressed by the professional and pleasant transition. The staff are very nice. The community is very welcoming. I am enjoying making my apartment into a home.
I appreciate all the folks that helped me get here.

I am a new resident. I have been very impressed with the staff and the community members. Everyone has made new feel welcome and have assisted whenever possible. VICTOR and and JD are just part of a very maintenance team of people. Thank you for helping make moving a little less stressful. Your hard work is very much appreciated.

This apartment’s rent is WAY too expensive (even after offering concessions) to not offer ANY free amenities (only offer a business lounge for free), let alone air conditioning and in-unit washer and dryer.
For starters, the leasing agent lied and said it never gets hot enough to need an A/C. However, I’ve been sweating bullets in my apartment for 30% of the days this year because it hits 85-90 degrees in my apartment despite being 70-75 degrees outside. However, no solution was offered for... this major inconvenience. What they do have, is the cheapest blinds known to mankind for privacy from neighboring towers and to “shield” from the heat from the sun.
Also, the lack of screens for the windows means it’s open season for bugs anytime you want to air out the apartment for some fresh air after it’s been baking all day.
The only upside to living here is the convenience to nearby public transport and walkability if you work in FiDi - which any other highrise can provide.
Will not renew my lease and will never recommend this apartment to anyone.
