Located at a very nice place , closed to all our daily needs places. VTA station is outside the community. No gated community, so security is a concern.

ever since I moved in; I have enjoyed coming home every day, a very welcoming residence with a perfect location. I really enjoy being so close to the malls highways and convenience stores in the neighborhood, plus the coinless washing machines and the pool with the gym integrated in the community. this is the first time that I've ever liven in the reNEW apartment complex and it has a very enjoyable experience so far, and my appreciation to all the staff that made my move in and stay a welcoming... one.

Pretty good it's quiet and calm area. Love seeing kids be kids playing outside even my son goes out to play. Definitely recommend these apartments they also fix anything broken within two days in my experience

From my first phone call with Nancy to my walk-through with Selina my experience was above and beyond. Selina was so helpful and kind. When i walked into the office i truly felt nervous and excited and Selina made me feel like i was just getting ready to come HOME. Thats a big deal for me. I am ever so grateful to be part of the ReNew community!!

Located in a good location with close proximity to common amenities.. The management team is responsive and provides timely notification for any upcoming common maintenance activities. As per the safety is concern, this is where the management needs to look into it.
