I lived there for two years with really no issues. I gave them plenty of notice that I was leaving. My apartment was clean when I left and they said they would get back to me on my security deposit. I call them and the file has gone to corporate that they have no information for me and I am told I now have to call corporate to find out about the deposit, even though I did not deal with corporate the whole time I lived there. They are good at taking you money up front, but communicating with me... about my balance of my security deposit is a total joke. It has been one month now and still nothing.

Also, be prepared for some hidden fees in the end that are not in your contract. There is a professional cleaning fee so they clean your apartment even if you clean it so don't bother. There is a carpet cleaning fee and then a fee to repaint the apartment. There is typically a wear and tear especially for painting and I should not have been charged a fee for this. We lived there for over 2 years and left the apartment in great condition. They kept our whole deposit and even charged us almost an additional $500. I took pictures of how I left the apartment and even asked to do a walk through with management. They said they would let me know when they would do a walk through, but never did. I called cannon management and left several messages and still have not received a response from them about the charges.
