It started off good but slowly started going downhill as months went by. We’d call SVT multiple times a week/months about noise complaints but nothing was ever done. Then roaches started coming out of no where and that issue still isn’t fixed and I’ve emailed about it many times. Just makes me disappointed that before we moved in I asked if roaches were an issue and I was told no which was false. Hoping things can change in the future.

Harbor Park is a lovely community. Leasing staff is nice and friendly. Even tho there is construction going on the community is still being kept up.

So far my experience hasn’t been the greatest. Our neighbors are very inconsiderate. We’ve complained multiple times. The leasing office also has done nothing about it amongst other complaints. They never mentioned roaches to be an issue and that’s one of the things I asked before moving in and that’s all I’ve been seeing. Our apartment is very clean so the fact that they keep coming out through the floor or bathroom is alarming. Very unhappy about it. Can’t even relax in peace because I’m... worried I’ll see bugs.
