We have lived at Flora Apartments for almost 15 years. We love how clean, quiet and pet friendly it is. One of the great things about Flora Apartments is how quick, friendly and efficient the maintenance team is. Anytime we submit a work request, one of the team members is knocking at our door with a few hours. Joe efficiently fixed our thermostat in no time flat today.

I just moved into the Flora apartments and it was an amazing experience. The staff here, Angela, Serena, Joe and Sam made it so easy and comfortable. The neighbors are also very nice and I’ll enjoy taking my dog to the dog run everyday. Thank you Flora team!!

It’s a quiet place to live, lots of places to go to to eat. Matt’s a great property manager, took great care of us while living there.

Very quiet, friendly community near Walnut Creek. Great staff and location, close to the highways but not too close to where you can hear it. I would refer.
