Depends on who you get

Great property. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Delia, Edwin and Junior are real assets who contribute to a community feel and are responsive to any issues or concerns that come up.

Just,wow!

I just moved in and all I can say is just, WOW! The apartments are gorgeous, and the property is well maintained. With the surrounding vegetation it really is a serene little oasis. The community manager, Kiersten, is a true professional and an absolute pleasure!

Great place & an awesome Staff

This apartment is the best you will find in Westlake Village, hands down and its a very safe area. After years of living there I had to leave a review about my experience. Megan from the leasing office is so sweet and helpful. She's always there to solve any issue, she will make your stay more enjoyable and stress free. She makes you feel totally at home and she's very friendly. She's been "consistently" awesome since the day we applied to live there. Edwin always greets us with a nice smile in... the morning, a friendly face. He keeps the property running in great shape and his always there to help, a great guy.

The property is well maintain, its in great condition and they are always upgrading everything inside and out. The creek located behind the apartment is absolutely lovely, peaceful with a great view for your daily morning getaway.

Restaurants in this area could be better but overall 10 out of 10

Clean,quiet,friendly and "very" low crime.

So far living in westcreek apartments has been wonderful. I love waking up and being able to smell the fresh clean air ,and sitting on my balcony enjoying my moutain view . This place also has a large beautiful area with a gas grill for all barbecue u can make. Also it has a very beautiful large clubhouse a quilt wit a weight room open for 24 hour access. Westcreek apts. Is also very pet friendly for those who are animal lovers
