Calespana Apartments

This apartment complex has dumb rules. They have the laundry room open 24hrs a day but the exercise room is open from 9am when the staff comes to open it to 10pm. So everyone who works can't go workout before work. You have to workout in the evenings. Anyone with common sense knows working out at night is the worse and not recommended by weight control physicians. Who wants to workout when you get home late at 8pm. The security guard came to tell us we had to leave at 430 am. I asked him why it... was open. His excuse was because he got caught up at another property so he didnt get a chance to come close it last night. He got to us within 10 minutes of us starting to work out but couldn't stop my neighbor motorcycle from being stolen in the locked gates of the apartments. There's gates around the perimeter of the apartments. There's a gate around the complex so no one can enter or exit without a opener. They made no effort to better secure the apartments by installing cameras to maybe deter thieves from theft in the future. Their washers and dryers are 1.75 each and they work poorly. The laundry card is $10 before you can wash. I use a free laundry service I found now. They were told about pests in my apartment after I first moved in and did nothing to address it. I found holes in the walls and around poorly caulkined areas where ants and roaches find an entry to get in. I had to pay for my own pest control.
Its poorly managed and its not for people that work. If their workout room rules are setup because fear that thieves may steal equipment install cameras or get the security guard to do his job better. He probably was involved in the motorcycle theft or has knowledge of it. They make enough money at these apartments to install cameras especially if they can afford for a security guard who's top priority is to kick people who pay rent out of the workout room. I'm definitely going to follow my neighbor and move out of this place. Do yourself a favor and don't move here. You may get your car stolen like my neighbor motorcycle!
To the lady jessica that had her car towed you shouldve filed a lawsuit. Calespana was liable because they failed to follow proper procedures for their own parking rules to make sure your car didn't get towed. It doesn't matter if the employee is no longer at the company. Read More

I have lived here for almost 2 years and it was the WORST experience. They are multiple car break-ins every month and the Management will take no responsibility. Park at your own risk. As far as the Management themeselves; they are very unorganized and very slow to get any real work done if you have a problem regarding your apartment. The staff also carries this 'fake' attitude of being friendly and wanting to help, but when it comes down to it, they do nothing for you. The gardeners also come... 3x a week and start blowing leaves at 8am, so if you plan on sleeping in, don't count on it. Very expensive to live here and NOT worth the time or money. Read More

calespana is a great place to live. very well maintained. the neighbors are great. whether you need privacy or a social life this place has it all. I recommend it every chance I get.

It's dirty most of the time. Leaves falls all over the pool area(inside and outside). It seem like there are a lot of kids playing and trashing the pool area with or without supervision. Never the less, management seem to not take care of the pool area throughout the days. It seem like they clean it in the morning and the rest of the days they just leave it to the people to pick up after themselves but as we knows...it's not a good idea because kids will be kids and sloppy adults are just that!...
There are a few potheads that hang around here so be care with your stuffs not to leave it out. They look like homeless person. There are no security to chase them away. It's in a good location but I think it's over priced. Read More

Bathroom is tiny, too many kids, noisy, building is old does not have central air only built in unit.
