It was good to get to know the neighbors in the apartment through the monthly apartment event. We now have chance to gather and have fun with neighbors. We also have opportunities to help each other.

Nice place to live and great area. Maintenance isn’t good here and communication also really bad. Neighbors upstairs stomping all hours of the night and get mad when you say something.

Its been great for the most part. Fortunately they didn't raise my rent too much only $20 this lease renewal The last time I signed a new lease it was $200. There has been a few issues but things will happen and the people in the leasing office seem to care about the property and the tenants they seem to want to make it a nice place to live. Which is huge in a corporate property management company. Believe me I've experienced a company that truly did not care. This is not the case at Aster Town... Center. Neighbors have been respectful and friendly. I have no complaints!
