Little rough at first but I'm not not too bad I like the fact that they work with you and they're a lot better than any other apartments I've experienced

It’s overall livable at Uptown Square, but sometimes the leasing office behavior/treatment of residents is unacceptable. Numerous verbal promises, but failure to follow through; etc. They’re usually polite, but never hold up their end of a bargain unless they put it in writing; which is rare.

The whole experience has been mostly positive. The main negatives are things that the apartment complex either couldn't help or was difficult to solve.
The mailroom tends to be a constant issue. Either lockers breaking or other issues. I know it's not really in the apartment complex's control but as a tenant, it's still annoying.
Its a good area and could certainly do worse.

“My experience here has been great so far! The community is quiet and cozy, with excellent amenities. I also love the convenience of having awesome little shops nearby and being within walking distance of downtown.”
