Package room always has issues of some kind which is frustrating because there is no sense of security getting anything big or small delivered here.

I know the leasing office and maintenance teams work hard and these buildings are a bit old. However, my A/C has been broken since I moved in the 8th of May 2024. Add that to the constant interruptions of the fire alarm at all hours of the day & night and my experience has been less than stellar.
I believe Carlos in the leasing office has done a great job with the resources he has, but these are important maintenance issues that need addressing.
That said, the location and neighborhood are... great. The amenities are generally good though the gym could use a little love and attention. (At least please fix the clock!)

The community is welcoming, the events are a lot of fun with great turnout. The staff is responsive and informative, they do a great job communicating updates via email and they're always available in the office or over the phone. The gym is excellent.
