Excellent living, community, and staff

We have lived here for over a year and have nothing but good things to say. Griffis Union Station is the best. The staff is incredible and living here is affordable and high quality (amenities and apartments). Everyone who lives here is kind, the maintenance is always handled quickly, and again, the staff is really hard to beat!! Finally, the proximity to everything downtown is awesome. We love walking to the grocery store, restaurants, parks, and rail. 10/10 recommend living here.

Great location, great apartments!

I’ve lived here a little over a year and love it. We are walking distance to a lot of local bars, restaurants and sights within the Denver downtown area. The apartments are well cared for and pretty decent sizes compared to most downtown apartments. Plus, the guys at the front desk and Maintenance crew are amazing and definitely care for the community!

Good place to live, Very Friendly Staff

Since one year ago living here is a good experience, it’s waking distance to every single good stuff in Downtown Denver. They’re always trying to improve good community living and hear you when you have a suggestion or a complaint to resolve.

Beautiful Outdoor Space

The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, and I absolutely love the concrete floors and high ceilings. But even more of a draw are the lovely outdoor areas. Whether you want to go for a swim in the pool, sunbathe, or just relax on the patio, it’s so nice to have a peaceful escape, and the beautiful landscaping makes you forget you’re in a city.
