The worst.

On day one of moving here we faced issues of not having water for more then 24 hours.(A week or so)

We agreed nonetheless thinking it’d be done quick. When we asked where we could shower while waiting. The first response here was “can we use a family members somewhere else.” Upon telling them “no” they gave us keys to an empty unit.

We were grateful despite the red flags and because they let us move in early and without water. They didn’t even clean.

We soon after faced a new issues of not...
having heat during multiple snow storms shortly after the water was fixed. We had a maintenance man show up and we’re told by him the he didn’t know how to fix it. We asked for space heaters. He told us he’d bring them but never showed. We called the office later. They told us to come get them. I came a day later and we’re told they had to get them.
They told us a vendor would come out here who arrived a few days later. He told us are heating unit was from the 70s and we’d need a new one.
He left and it took two weeks from then for it to be fixed. Then once fixed it broke a day after. We had to wait another week for the heat to get addressed once more.) never got a heater. (Used the stove instead -3 weeks)

Instead, We did get a demand for compliance as retaliation though for us having

1)undocumented dogs. (They we’re on the lease and are ESAs)

2)she told us we were running a business out of our apartment. ( When asked what brought her to that conclusion she said (it’s because we said we work remote and she was confused which makes no sense.)

3) she said we were not allowing her vendors to come inside and do their job.
(What’s she’s referencing we both called and emailed her that morning to tell her we were both in corporate meetings and could she call us ahead so we can plan for it. Instead she called us as the knock at the door came.)
—-Now
We were just (not renewed) which is ok but in the principal behind why it’s still some what a question. We even asked a month in advance about renewals to weigh are financial options and we’re purposely kept in the dark.
Until, We a few weeks later then received the non renewal notice completely opened for our neighbors to see taped to the outside of our door. It showed up at 4pm with no knock an hour before the office closed @ 5 on a Friday.

Do NOT move in here, not worth it!

I've been here for 2 1/2 years and each time the seasons change my heater goes out or my AC goes out. They will slap a bandaid on it but never fix the problem because my unit needs replaced which is expensive. I have a problem with my heater right now that I have informed them of on 4 separate occasions and they STILL haven't done ANYTHING to fix it, they haven't even called me or sent over maintenance.
Last year I had a carbon Monoxide leak in my home and instead of putting us in a hotel they...
told us to open our windows and not run the heater until they could get HVAC out here to look at it half way through the following morning.
The stairs and patios are old wood and so rotten you worry you'll fall through it. In the winter they throw sand on the stairs to keep them from icing over but they never clean it back up which makes them more treacherous.
The parking is atrocious, cars have been stolen out of our lot, and stolen cars have been abandoned here.
The flood lights on the outside of the building short out so they blink on and off at random times so you can't rely on them to light up the parking lot for safety.
I'm out of here when my lease is up but I hope this saves at least one person from moving in here.

Not what they seem.

Do not move here if you have children. They do not have a playground. They say they have a tennis court but no nets, rackets or tennis balls. They do not allow children to play in the common areas. You can not have a propane grill even though some people still do and the people in the office wont do anything about it. They advise you of what type of dogs you can have but never follow through to make sure that people do not have those kinds of dogs. They are really rude in the office if you have a... question or concern about another tenant. The cops are here a few times a month. Never put in a security system when tenants cars were getting broken into and tires being taken right off the vehicle. The office management changes every 3 months or so. This is not a great or even decent place to live. Me and my family have finally moved out of this Heck hole. LOL

Great Place and Super Pet Friendly

I moved in to Conifer Landing Apartments about a month ago and so far I love it!
Pros: great areas to walk dogs, working fireplaces, pretty balconies, large apartments, lots of parking, safe environment
Cons: virtually no maintenance man, short office hours
