How Is This Rating Determined?

Not Told About Major Issues

Didn't tell me when I moved in that the air conditioner had been out for well over six months. Sadly I still have another 9 months on my lease. Wouldn't have rented this apartment had I known there was no air conditioning and as a result the whole building would smell like garbage 2/3 of the time.

Not the worst but still...not good

The AC has been down for over a week during mid-July. People's pets are overheating and that doesn't seem to matter to ownership. People who complained about this on the apartment message board were called "entitled". Very frustrating. The lady who currently manages the building is kind and minor facility issues are quickly taken care of. If you need something fixed that's going to take some money/ effort though? No chance, not even if it means your pet's overall well-being.
