How Is This Rating Determined?

Incompetent Staff

They spend more time creating fake 5 star reviews than they do actually helping out tenants. Just because we can afford to live here without working here doesn't mean you can treat everyone like crap. Clean house. Find people who care. The main manager here hides at Ovation so she can say, "we didn't get your info in time." and charge you more money randomly.

They actually completely messed up my lease. How did we find out? They told us rudely, "maybe go look at your lease." When we found out...
things were changed and our signatures were used in documents we never signed..... our account was deleted. Luckily we PDF'd everything and sent it to a lawyer before they could delete it.

All of the 5 star reviews not only look the same, the punctuation is nearly identical in the reviews. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere but Echelon Property Group.

A Great Property With Even Better Staff

I've just moved in from Texas and I can't say enough GREAT things about the staff. Jeanene and Cassie have been more than helpful and eased so much of my stress from moving, choosing a unit, picking a move-in date and giving me great insights into what Lone Tree has to offer. I'm so happy I moved my family to the Regency RidgeGate.

Poor maintenance and customer service

Expect maintenance to show up weekly for some issue or another. Or an inspection that's happened twice in less than 2 months. Usually giving you little to no heads up and if you have a dog... have an option to kennel them or have someone take care of them on short notice. Overall maintenance is terrible and provides zero customer service. Multiple times they just show up when we're at work to fix something with no heads up that they'd be coming that day.

worst place I've ever lived

This place is terrible. The maintenance takes forever to get done. I've had a leaky window for months and they did nothing to fix it the doors don't stay closed, the drains are terrible, and they take weeks to do even the most basic maintenance requests no matter how many times I request it. Hope you don't like using the pool and hot tub, it's broken more than it actually works. The gym is a pathetic and the TVs in there haven't worked in the 2 years I've lived in this dump. The front staff is... so useless that its an embarrassment. I've had to fill out the same paperwork countless times because they always lose it. The parking is a total joke, i normally have to park blocks away. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! cannot wait for my lease to be over.

They call it a 5 star property ...

The best thing about this complex is the location. We have lived here for 3 plus years and have enjoyed the location to open space, grocery stores and friends but...the current staff are unpleasant and unhelpful. They look for ways to place blame and responsibility on residents rather than deal with problems that arise. Have a noise complaint? Deal with it yourself. Have a maintenance concern? Deal with it yourself. The staff seem to look for ways to not to interact with residents at all. The... current assistant manager appears fearful of communication completely. The current manager looks for any way to pass the responsibility onto the resident rather than solve the problems that the complex should take care of. The maintenance team is a bunch of lazy boys who spend more time hanging out in the office than actually working. The grounds keeper NEVER takes care of the grounds. The snow is cleared from the sidewalks after the staff roll in around 10am. The breezeways and stairwells are full of trash because he literally never cleans. Its a real bummer because this used to be well maintained, but all the staff left and we now have the "D team" here. Echelon Properties, please, give us people who actually care, please!!!
