Do not move here

This place was fantastic when I moved in back in January 2022, but now this place is beyond terrible. Do not waste your time or especially money on this extremely overpriced apartment complex. This place is supposed to be your home and somewhere you can go and feel welcome and at home, yet it has not felt like a home in months. Residents who have lived here for years, including residents who moved in when the complex was first built, are leaving due to insane increases in rent and utilities,... along with numerous other issues. A water bill for a one bedroom should not go from less than $10-15/mo to $70-80. They do not care about their residents. The only people that care anymore are the maintenance staff. The office let considerable problems go unaddressed and will lead you on and put you off, acting like they care when they don’t. Parking is a nightmare and cars sit there for months without moving, yet it does not get addressed or handled by any of the staff or management, including regional management. If you want to call the tow company on vehicles that are not supposed to be on property, the office tells you that you will likely receive the bill despite the person whose vehicles would be towed are the ones at fault and violating the lease and community policies, and especially the office who do not do their jobs like they are supposed to. Per the lease, you are only allowed one vehicle per adult on the lease, making these issues be lease violations, yet nothing gets done and people don’t get so much as a warning. They say you are not allowed to use garages for storage, yet that’s all people do and in turn take up parking spaces that are already limited and are supposed to go to those who do not have a garage. They also charge people insane amounts of money for dog DNA testing/registration so that people can be fined for not picking up after their dogs, yet there is dog poop everywhere. The grounds are not maintained. People also have their dogs off leash so frequently despite there being multiple dog parks on the property, yet it does not get addressed besides community messages as “warnings.” There has been so much turnover with management and staff as well, so nobody knows what they’re doing. This place used to be a community, but it has sadly drifted far from that. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a home.
EDIT POST MOVE OUT: do not bother cleaning your carpets when you move out because they will charge you for it anyway, no matter how clean

Can't wait to move in!

We had several apartments on our radar and we visited too many to count. The Springs was the one we just couldn't stop thinking about. Melanie is a wealth of information and has been so incredibly sweet and helpful in the application process. She has made everything so easy and seamless. We can't wait to move in to our BRAND NEW apartment in October!
