Noisy location with incompetent staff

Road noise from 120th or Federal is constant. I was unable to leave a window open or enjoy the patio. They charge $250 on top of rent for a verity of community fees. It took 30 days to repair broken toilet. Avoid this place.

Great customer service

Beautiful mountain views. The office staff is really friendly and helpful. Maintenance is knowledgeable and personable. I definitely recommend checking out this apartment complex.

Friendly Staff and New Renovations

The staff is really welcoming and professional. Just applied for one of their newly renovated units. The renovations are really nice and cannot wait to move in!
