Thanks to our Maintanence Guy The Maintenance guy came by promptly to assess the situation regarding my request (Weatherstripping for entry door). He came back with a few different styles to try and find the best fit and was able to come up with a solution that satisfied everyone. Overall a pleasant experience, keep up the great work! Poor snow removal Many spots have not been cleaned up. Leaving few clean spots for residents to park. Lots of ice still in walking areas. Not safe for older people. Very easy for someone to slip and fall.

Snow removal and Fitness room equipment. The clearing of snow after a storm is poor/fair! Once the plows have completed their sweep, the removal of remaining snow in between cars and on the walkways need better attention.
In the Fitness Room, one of the treadmills has been out of commission for a month, despite repeated reminders to the office.
