Staff Rude and Confrontational, Bad Upkeep

Staff will confront and curse you out right in the parking lot, they don't trim any hedges or fix any of the outdoor lights, you can never get ahold of the office and when you do they have a nasty attitude. When maintenance swore at me I tried to get in touch with management and they avoided me. Look elsewhere.

Not bad!

The Good: good price for the area; offers short term leases for +50$/month; pretty courtyards between the buildings; great location to walk into downtown Manchester; the apartments are pretty nice, wood flooring in living and bed, tile in bath and kitchen.
In a 2bed and the second one is big enough for two people. Closets are a nice size + storage closet in the living room and bathroom
Pet friendly up to two pets, including large dogs
Quick to respond to issues if you call the office
On site...
washers in the basements of all buildings, reasonably priced
Each unit has an in wall AC unit and dishwasher, and hw and heat are free!

The Bad: My biggest issues have been things with neighbors thus far. The walls are thinner than one might think, and TV, music, and conversation can be heard pretty clearly from your neighbors if you don't have any running yourself. Folks also seem to have a habit of having loud late night conversations in the courtyards, which can be a bit annoying if you like to keep windows open. Management is trying to curb this, as there are quiet hours from 9pm to 8am
We've also had the occasional issue of neighbors smoking (tobacco or weed) nearby though this is uncommon as the apartments and property are non-smoking.
Unless you are in one of the "townhouse" units, you are sharing one washer and one dryer with 7 other units. Not awful, but can be frustrating. It is also a bit difficult to locate the washers at first
Only one parking spot is available for each unit, and all others must park on the road. This can be an issue when it snows, as the town does not allow parking from 2-5am when it snows do they can plow. Speaking of plowing, you must also remove your vehicle from the parking lot between the hours of 10am and noon for parking lot plowing. Again, not awful, but occasionally inconvenient, especially if you are going out of town without your vehicle.
The buildings are not handicap accessible, unfortunately. However, the staircases are wide enough to easily move furniture to second floor apartments.
The set up of the apartments also makes it difficult for delivery drivers to figure out where to go to drop off packages or bring takeout.

So yes. Certain inconveniences are annoying, but overall a decent place to live.

Okay place to live...

...but yes, they do tow your car after a snow day. however, they do leave notices to move your car before 10AM the day after the snow. Overall, okay place.

Save your money and go else where

If you like having your car towed and paying hundreds of dollars to get it back and dealing with staff with bad attitudes who are inconsiderate and actually hang up on you like they are children then this is the place for you. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE!
