I’ve been here almost a year and have loved everything about it. The complex is always clean and the clubhouse is wonderful . My favorite part is the short walk to the beautiful downtown of Old Saybrook!

I have renewed my lease now 6 times . It’s the best property on the shoreline to reside . The amenities on the property are great . I enjoy the entire property staff , who have made this the best place for me to ever reside at in Ct.
We have a great community here & it’s located minutes away for any attractions or fine dining venues .
