I have renewed my lease now 6 times . It’s the best property on the shoreline to reside . The amenities on the property are great . I enjoy the entire property staff , who have made this the best place for me to ever reside at in Ct.
We have a great community here & it’s located minutes away for any attractions or fine dining venues .

It is very nice to live at Saybrook Station. The people are very friendly and a pleasure to speak to. The office accommodates any issue you may have very promptly. The grounds are kept very pristine! The landscaping is wonderful!Very pretty!It also is nice to live here because you can walk to a variety of different stores . I hope this helps !

A very nice place to call home. Clean and friendly and the staff is awesome . The short walk to town is ideal and the shoreline is beautiful. I highly recommend living here.

The cutest apartments with the nicest people! Leasing staff responds very quickly and maintenance work is taken care of almost immediately (even on off days). My shower pipes froze on Christmas Eve and I put in a service request expecting to wait until the day after Christmas but they came the same day!
