Great location in town, modern design with well furnished community rooms and other amenities. The office and maintenance staff have been friendly and helpful. I feel safe here and I love having the trash chute at the end of the hall in my building. I recently moved in and despite the apartment looking nice, there are little issues due to the building being 8 years old at this point that it would be nice to have had addressed when they prepped the apartment. Things like paint splatters on the... hardwood floors, loose fixtures and hardware, and some scuff marks on the walls. Overall, a good place and I think I will have a positive experience here.
