This home allows pets for a one-time $450 fee per pet. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair, which must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. Our home offers contactless, seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties, a partner representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. There may be times where the home needs unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided, thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
