Mass Court Apartments

This has become the worst building to live in. Everything is falling apart as far as the outdated amenities that are down have year. And the apartments I don’t even know where to begin, they have really old appliances and countertops. In addition rent is ridiculously expensive compared to the new amazing buildings around us. They offer prehistoric apartments and ask for new properties rent. Management and maintenance staff are not friendly nor professional, and they are rude to the residents.... the community is a mess there’s no order police comes to the building way too frequently. I’ve been living at Massachusetts Court Apartments for five years, and it has been an amazing experience! The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly—they go above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and heard.

The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The kitchen appliances are top-notch, and having in-unit laundry is a huge plus. The complex is also kept very clean, with beautifully maintained landscaping and common areas.

One of my... favorite things about living here is the amenities—the gym is well-equipped, the pool is always clean, and the community spaces are perfect for relaxing or getting work done. Plus, the location is unbeatable! It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation, making daily errands super convenient.

The quality of living at MassCourt keeps declining year by year. It used to be a good place to live but now it is very unreasonably overpriced because they are asking for 2025 prices yet they give you 1970s appliances that are broken and they don’t work half of the time. The amenities are broken half the year. And it doesn’t matter how many times you reach out to management about issues all they do is ignore you. Many apartments have mold and all of the air ducts are contaminated I have lived... here for five years and I have never seen them do any preventative maintenance or anything. Living here is great. I really enjoy the building and its various amenities. I would love to continue living here for the long term. Great building!

Good overall, very hospitable, and very communicable in the correspondence and negotiable regarding the price and the actual lot of the apartment.
