I’ve been living at Massachusetts Court Apartments for five years, and it has been an amazing experience! The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly—they go above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and heard.

The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The kitchen appliances are top-notch, and having in-unit laundry is a huge plus. The complex is also kept very clean, with beautifully maintained landscaping and common areas.

One of my... favorite things about living here is the amenities—the gym is well-equipped, the pool is always clean, and the community spaces are perfect for relaxing or getting work done. Plus, the location is unbeatable! It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation, making daily errands super convenient.

Overall, I highly recommend Massachusetts Court Apartments to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed place to call home!

The quality of living at MassCourt keeps declining year by year. It used to be a good place to live but now it is very unreasonably overpriced because they are asking for 2025 prices yet they give you 1970s appliances that are broken and they don’t work half of the time. The amenities are broken half the year. And it doesn’t matter how many times you reach out to management about issues all they do is ignore you. Many apartments have mold and all of the air ducts are contaminated I have lived... here for five years and I have never seen them do any preventative maintenance or anything. We can’t keep a community here because all the good residents get priced out of their apartments and they usually leave which basically created the sense of the community and just a bunch of strangers in one building

Not so great to live here anymore, it is unreasonably expensive, ancient appliances, the apartments look like you walked into the 1980s. They don’t fix anythIng even though if you report it broken or dirty. The amenities are out dated and out of order most of the time.
