The Ashton at Judiciary Square Apartments

There are micr throughout the building. You can hear them in the walls. I have been struggling to get management to assist beyond having an exterminator coming in and saying they will close the holes in the wall. It has taken several weeks for maintenance to fix the holes while all throughout the night you can hear the mice. I have spoken with several of my fellow neighbors who also have a problem. Avoid the building at all costs.

I toured the Ashton and it’s a beautiful community. It is so Clean and the staff were so nice.

Average building with higher than average prices. Not really worth it. You can do better elsewhere. No real amenities- just a small gym. I suppose it is OK. 2 stars sounds about right.

I have been a resident at the Ashton for 5 years. Initially I loved the management, but they sold the building a few years ago. Since then, the building has gradually been run into the ground.

There is no longer 24 hour staffing of the front desk. There is no system to tell you about packages. There is little to no routine upkeep being done. That which is done is done poorly- they recently caused flooding in several units because they did not know how to properly test the sprinkler system... .

The pictures still look beautiful, but the actuality of living in the building is a disaster. Not worth the high price they charge. But don't take my word, look at the website and see how 1/4 of all the units currently sit empty because people are leaving the building so quickly. Read More
