My AC has been broken and they won't repair it or even put in a portable unit to cool the bedroom. They also don't offer credit even though AC is in the lease agreement.

My husband and I have lived at The Reserve since the complex was built. Great service, office staff is always polite and friendly. The apartment is every spacious and the closet space is great. The area is nice and quiet, There is a strip mall in walking distance. Cons-There isn't any.

I have been living here with my wife here from last 1.5 years and so far we find this apartment as great place to live. Vary spacious, upgraded kitchen, huge washer/dryer (it can fit in queen bed comforters...), huge walk-in closet like a small room and most of all its build just 6 years back so all the fixtures are fairly new. Supporting staff are very nice and responsive. Maintenance complaints are handled (which I rarely raised) same day.
Pros
- Spacious, new fixtures, upgraded kitchens
- In... house washer dryer than can wash comforters and bead spreads
- ShopRite at walking distance
- Very nice office staff and speedy maintenance handling
Cons
- None
If have to net pick any issue (only to make it more awesome place) with the apartment is that the carpet quality could have been better and bath tubs could have been bigger. Again this is a net picking, the current home carpets are better than many other apartments which i have lived and seen.
All in all, this is a great place to live and I highly recommend this place.
