Valley Stream Village Townhomes

I was schedule to see a 3 bed room townhouse for me and my family and they completely told me that it was available ! I got there and they ended up telling me that there weren’t any townhomes available at the time ! This place is ridiculous ! Wasted gas and time .

This for the Valleystream Townhomes division. The office staff lacks professionalism. I have had work orders deleted without a call/email on why. Instead I followed up n was told we just don't do that.
I am a current resident. The pictures that you see is not actual pictures of the unit u will get.
If you get a home/unit on Oakley St, i suggest you cancel your application. After verifying with multiple residents: rodents is a big issue. Now doing more research, it’s apparent that the issue was... present prior to my move-in. Since they contract states they don’t provide pest control, they won’t fix the issue. After extensive request: i have learned that the townhomes are not ever treated even after a tenant moves out. This is beyond disgusting to me. They have the nerve to put a plastic covering over the seats to set the illusion that it is brand new, after removed you see the various stains. Immediate I brought new seats for my bathrooms.
The trash debris, disrespectful neighbors, and lack of professionalism from the office staff. I am more then convince that Capano Residential Management is a joke. If you have the choice, please select another rental home. I’m actively working to get out my lease. Read More

I left work early for an appointment to tour, got to the office and the the staff had no idea I had an appointment! They wanted me to reschedule! Seriously, 2 people in office and no one can help me! And I had the email to prove I had an appointment! If this is how new clients get treated I can’t imagine how current residents get treated!!

Very nice homes for young families. Spacious rooms with more than ample storage and closets, with open floor plan on the main floor. Kitchen is loaded with cabinet space. Lots of green areas outdoors, and the clubhouse has a small but nice workout room and pool. Very good location, with a bus stop within walking distance and elementary school around the corner. It is also close to shopping, state parks, and downtown Newark and Wilmington, with Philadelphia only a 40 minute drive. The only... complaint is that the management is uneven in regulations- an example being the official letter I received stating I had 7 days to remove my 8-inch charcoal camp grill or face legal action while neighbors have large grills, including one with a smoker.
