DO NOT MOVE HERE

We moved in on February 10th, 2024 and have had nothing but problems since moving. Our AC broke the first day here, my screen wasn’t attached and just hanging from the balcony, outlets don’t work, the toilet bowl’s continuously run, the parking lot lights are all burnt out, and the neighborhood is INFESTED with ROACHES. We’ve been battling the bugs so much and every time pest control comes, the problem never gets solved. The potholes in the community are enough to damage tires and alignments.... The next step is getting the health department involved for these uninhabitable conditions. UDR has really dropped the ball on this community for the prices you have to pay. Listen to the reviews and DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Small but cozy!

Love my island in my kitchen and my wood floors! Very cozy place and pool is awesome!

Quiet community

Apartments are spacious. Staff is friendly and professional. Very few maintenance issues, but when one does arise, it is taken care of promptly. Community is quiet and friendly. Great location. Great schools.

I LOVE my apartment at Los Altos

I live their larger 2 bedroom apartment and I love my space! They did a bunch of renovations recently and I love the new cabinetry, appliances, and resurfaced counter tops in my Kitchen! The rooms are Spacious, the Closets are a Great Size, and all my stuff fit great! I love sitting in my Screened In Patio and drink my cup of coffee in the morning and not worry about the FL bugs getting in! All in all Los Altos is a great place, I love my apartment, I never hear my neighbors, the parking lots... and grounds are clean, the pool and gym always look good and I actually want to use them! I definitely suggest Los Altos to anyone and everyone!

Home sweet home at los altos!

I couldn't be more happy with my decision to move to los altos apartments in altamonte. The location is perfect, and im literally 5-10 minutes from any and everything. The apartments are well kept and give a earthy modern vibe the second you walk in. Typically in an apartment you have to choose one luxury over another, but not here! I have the best of all worlds, from hard wood floors, vaulted ceilings, mulitple pools, work out facility, and a private screened in patio! As the saying goes, "you... get what you pay for" and los altos is worth every affordable cent!
