Bad management
The staffing and management is terrible. I live here for about 2 months and then I move out due to a job transfer. Every unit here has a smart lock but my unit doesn't (the excuse was that it was on back order and none was available, I never receive a smart lock for the door from day of moving in until day of moving out).
I put down a deposit to rent the unit and then I was told it could be void if you applied for their services. In which I did sign up to void the deposit but that didn't... happen, I still have to pay for the services and the full deposit which is a bummer when they lied to you about it. I never receive the deposit back as they say it was put toward fixing the unit upon my department and nothing was damage when I left, so basically I lose the deposit I put down.
Overall I don't recommend renting here since there are a lot of fee you have to pay for. From parking, to mailbox fees, among other housing utilities fee. You'll end up wasting more than you would think for renting their unit out. I give this place a 1 star.
