Clean environment, staff is friendly and available. Maintenence always came when requested and majority of times completely fixed issue. Always somewhere to park.

The move-in process has been so smooth and everyone is very communicative! This is my first time moving into an apartment so I was already nervous as can be but it has everything I needed all in 1 place.

Nice and quiet and very peaceful for an apartment complex. I have never had any major issues just the regular maintenance which is always done quickly.

There is a comfort that I have experienced, living here at Avana Coachman, that I would hope others [looking for such a place to sojourn for this portion of their life], to simply meet with the office staff of this community.
My first memory, was of a woman who gently leaned back in her chair, and spoke these words to me, "you are going to love it here".

This is a great community. Our maintenance guys are the best. They are efficient, friendly and engaging. I will be grateful when all of the gates are fixed. My rent reflects a gated community
