Overall I would say its a nice complex, its good if youre looking for something simple but dont want to pay for luxary, they have all the amenities you need and management/maintenance is responsive and polite. Buildings are a little worn down but they keep up with interior renovations well, my only complaint is the occasional cockroaches that pop up every few months but besides that overall its pretty good, neighbors are nice too

Stay away from AVANA COACHMAN While the location may seem attractive, it’s not worth the high price you pay for the poor quality and service you receive.

The gates are left open 24/7, creating major security issues.

The units themselves are poorly maintained. There’s a persistent mold problem that management has failed to address, and the cabinets and appliances are of shockingly low quality. Cabinets are flimsy and prone to breaking, while appliances are outdated and unreliable, requiring... constant repairs.

Also the office staff is unhelpful and incredibly rude when approached with concerns about anything.

Clean environment, staff is friendly and available. Maintenence always came when requested and majority of times completely fixed issue. Always somewhere to park.

The move-in process has been so smooth and everyone is very communicative! This is my first time moving into an apartment so I was already nervous as can be but it has everything I needed all in 1 place.

Nice and quiet and very peaceful for an apartment complex. I have never had any major issues just the regular maintenance which is always done quickly.
